…I just can’t remember it all at once. This is one of my more tired old jokes; ask anyone who has to (or, as I consider it, “gets to”) spend any amount of time around me at all. Of course, I’ve found more truth in the words of the grade school librarian who taught my class how to use the Dewey Decimal System:
“You don’t have to know everything. You just have to know where – and how – to look.”

Growing up in the 1970’s, the library’s books were the main source of any information we might be looking for, and the Dewey Decimal System was our “search engine.” In the Digital Age of the 21st Century, though, we’re more likely to look it up on the internet, seeing as you’re reading this on a device that’s capable of doing just that, right now. And it might even be your phone.

EXAIR Application Engineers are pretty proud of not only the amount of knowledge we individually possess, but how much is available to us collectively. It’s rare for a week to go by that one of us doesn’t end up in the Efficiency Lab, testing a particular product because a question has come up, either from a customer, or internally.
